Day 1 – Friday, 28th November 2025: Arrival & Paris Icons

• 12:00 AM – Depart Birmingham (B4 7ET) in a private coach, with a pick-up at London Wembley (HA9 8AS).

• 07:20 AM – Le Shuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais, before continuing on to Paris.

• 01:30 PM – Sacré-Cœur Basilica (Boulevard de Clichy): Begin your Parisian journey with one of the city’s most striking landmarks. This dazzling white basilica crowns Montmartre hill, offering sweeping panoramic views of Paris. Wander the artistic quarter, famous for painters, street performers, and charming cafés.

• 04:30 PM – Check-in at Hotel Campanile Paris Est – Bobigny.

• 07:00 PM – Eiffel Tower Evening Visit (Quai Jacques Chirac): As night falls, marvel at the Eiffel Tower lit against the sky. Capture magical photos and enjoy dinner nearby before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 – Saturday, 29th November 2025: Parisian Treasures

• 08:00 AM – Breakfast at hotel.

• 10:00 AM – Notre-Dame & Saint-Michel Quarter: Explore the legendary Notre-Dame Cathedral and its surroundings. Though partially restored, it remains an awe-inspiring Gothic masterpiece, framed by the Seine and lively streets filled with bookshops and cafés.

• 01:00 PM – Walking Tour to the Louvre: Enjoy a scenic guided stroll along the Seine before arriving at the world’s largest art museum.

• 01:20 PM – Louvre Museum Visit: Discover treasures from antiquity to modern times, including the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo.

• 04:30 PM – Arc de Triomphe (Avenue Hoche): Stand beneath Napoleon’s monumental arch, a symbol of French triumph and resilience. Climb to the top for breathtaking views down the Champs-Élysées.

• 06:15 PM – Supervised Leisure Time in Central Paris: Shop along the Champs-Élysées, relax in a café, or enjoy dinner at your own pace. Group reassembles at 9:00 PM.

• 10:00 PM – Return to hotel, overnight stay.

Day 3 – Sunday, 30th November 2025: Leisure & Farewell

• 08:00 AM – Breakfast & hotel check-out.

• 10:00 AM – Eiffel Tower & Free Exploration: Spend your final hours in Paris enjoying optional group activities or free time for shopping, last-minute sightseeing, and photo opportunities.

• 02:00 PM – Depart Paris → Calais.

• 07:20 PM – Le Shuttle crossing back to Folkestone.

• 10:00 PM – London Wembley drop-off.

• 12:00 AM – Arrive Birmingham (B4 7ET).

Accommodation

Stay in a modern three-star hotel in Bobigny, just a short walk from the metro for easy access to central Paris. Important Details

Departure:
Leaving Birmingham (B4 7ET) outside Conference Aston at midnight. Please arrive by 11:30 pm on Thursday 27th for check-in.

If your Schengen visa is rejected 35 days or more before departure, and the reason is not your fault, you are entitled to a full refund.

Rejections NOT caused by you include:

• Errors or delays in documentation provided by the Company
• Hotel, coach, or Eurotunnel confirmation issues beyond your control

Rejections caused by the customer (non-refundable):

• UK visa or residence permit expiring within 3 months after trip return
• Incorrect, missing, or invalid documents (e.g. payslips, bank statements, employment letters)
• Missed or incomplete visa appointments
• Late submission of visa application
• Failure to prove sufficient funds or travel intent
• Errors in application forms or inconsistent information
• Prior immigration violations or non-compliance with Schengen rules

Important Notes:

• We assist by providing supporting documents but cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Refunds are only issued if the official embassy refusal letter is received within 7 days of rejection.
• If rejection occurs within 35 days of travel or due to reasons listed above, no refund will be issued.
• Third-party charges (Klarna fees, admin costs, etc.) are non-refundable.
