We begin our Belgian adventure travelling to the fairytale city of Bruges, often described as one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval towns.
With its winding canals, cobbled streets, and charming market squares, Bruges feels like stepping back in time. You’ll have time to explore the historic centre, admire the colourful guild houses, and soak in the relaxed atmosphere that makes this city so special.
Later, we continue to Belgium’s vibrant capital, Brussels. Here, modern European energy blends beautifully with historic architecture. From elegant boulevards to stunning squares, your first taste of Brussels offers a lively contrast to the calm charm of Bruges.
After exploring, we transfer to our hotel and prepare for the exciting days ahead.
Today we dive deeper into the heart of Brussels, discovering more of its iconic landmarks and cultural highlights. From the breathtaking Grand Place to the city’s famous chocolate shops and grand architecture, Brussels offers something for every visitor.
We then travel north to the stylish port city of Antwerp, known for its rich artistic heritage and impressive cathedral skyline. As one of Europe’s historic trading centres, Antwerp blends medieval charm with a modern creative spirit.
You’ll have time to explore its elegant squares, lively streets, and striking architecture before we return to our hotel after a full and varied day.
On our final day, we journey south to the picturesque town of Dinant, beautifully set along the River Meuse and surrounded by dramatic cliffs.
Dominated by its striking cliff-top citadel and the impressive Collegiate Church of Notre Dame, Dinant offers one of Belgium’s most scenic settings. The colourful riverside buildings and peaceful valley views create a truly memorable atmosphere.
Enjoy time to explore, take photos, and soak in the charm of this unique destination before we begin our comfortable journey home — concluding three unforgettable days discovering the very best of Belgium.
