Ensure all documents are ready in advance to avoid delays. Some will be provided by Your Travel Community once your booking is confirmed.
Book an Appointment & Prepare the following Documents
Valid Passport
- Issued within the last 10 years
- Valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date
- At least 2 blank pages
All Previous Passports (Optional)
- This is recommended but an optional for you.
Copy of UK Residence Permit
- BRP card (valid at least 1 month beyond return), or
- UK eVisa (valid at least 1 month beyond return) – printed UKVI status page plus share code
Completed Schengen Visa Form
- Completed and signed Schengen Visa submitted with all valid documents
Two Recent Passport Size Photos
- Biometric Standard
- White Background

- Hotel booking letter confirming stay dates and address.
Coach Booking Confirmation
- Coach travel proof with return journey details.
Eurotunnel/Ferry Confirmation
- Ticket confirmation showing travel dates
Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary
- Your trip schedule with all key destinations

Financial Proof (Provided by You)
Bank Statements
- Issued within the last 3 Months
- Sufficient balance (minimum £100 per travel day)
Provide Payslips
- Issued within the last 3 Months
- Clearly showing your name, employer, and salary
Employment Letter
- Signed and stamped on company letterhead
- Sufficient balance (minimum £100 per travel day)
Other Applicant Types
- Self-Employed: company registration, accountant’s letter, or tax returns
- Retired: pension statements
- Students: enrolment/confirmation letter from school or university

Travel Medical Insurance
- Minimum coverage €30,000

Important Information
- We provide all necessary supporting documents but cannot guarantee visa approval.
- Rejections received within 35 days of travel, or those caused by customer error, are non-refundable.
- Third-party charges such as Klarna or administration fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that you are responsible for booking your own visa appointment.
Refundable (Not Caused by You)
If your visa is rejected due to an error in the tour, hotel, coach, or Eurotunnel confirmations provided by us, you will be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable (Caused by the Customer)
If your visa is rejected for any of the following reasons, it will not be eligible for a refund:
Your UK visa or residence permit expires within one months after travel.
You provide missing, incorrect, or invalid documents.
You miss or fail to complete your visa appointment.
You submit your visa application late.
You have insufficient funds or an unclear travel purpose.
There are errors or inconsistencies in your application forms.
You have a record of previous immigration violations.
