Need A visa?
Step by Step Process- Read before Booking
Ensure all documents are ready in advance to avoid delays. Some will be provided by Your Travel Community once your booking is confirmed.
Things you need..
Valid Passport
- Issued within the last 10 years
- Valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date
- At least 2 blank pages
Proof of Funds
- Be able to show between £80 - £100 for each day on tour
Copy of UK Residence Permit
- BRP card (valid at least 1 month beyond return), or
- UK eVisa (valid at least 1 month beyond return) – printed UKVI status page plus share code
Completed Schengen Visa Form
- Completed and signed Schengen Visa submitted with all valid documents
Two Recent Passport Size Photos
- Biometric Standard
- White Background

How the Compensation Works
If your visa application is rejected and the rejection is not due to any of the reasons listed below, you’ll receive the full value of your tour back in credit, valid for use on any future tour within 12 months of the rejection.
Rejections Not Covered by Compensation (Please check before booking)
Compensation does not apply if the rejection results from any of the following:
- Your UK visa or residence permit expires within one month of your travel date
- You submit missing, incorrect, or invalid documents
- You miss or fail to attend your visa appointment
- Your application is submitted late
- You have insufficient funds or an unclear stated travel purpose
- Your application forms contain errors or inconsistencies
- You have a history of previous immigration violations
- Visa rejected within 2 weeks of travel
Because these categories cover the most common reasons visas are refused, we strongly encourage you to use our step-by-step checklist and document review service closely — following our guidance is the best way to keep your application in the “extremely unlikely to be rejected” 98.6% bracket, and to ensure you’d qualify for compensation in the unlikely event something does go wrong.
Your Visa Typically takes 1-2 weeks to get back after your appointment is completed. You can apply for your Appointment within 6 months before your tour dates and no closer to 2 weeks departure. You are STRONGLY encouraged to apply as soon as possible to give as much possible time.
