Your journey begins as we depart from Birmingham, with convenient pick-up points along the route, and travel south towards the coast for our ferry crossing to France. Sit back and relax as we continue our journey through the French countryside and into Switzerland.
By late morning, we arrive in the beautiful capital city of Bern, where we check in to our hotel. The rest of the day is yours to unwind after the journey—relax, settle in, or enjoy a gentle introduction to your surroundings.
We prepare for the exciting days ahead exploring some of Switzerland’s most stunning destinations.
Today we travel to the elegant lakeside city of Geneva, one of Switzerland’s most international destinations.
Set along the shores of Lake Geneva and surrounded by mountain views, the city offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and culture. Enjoy free time to explore the charming streets, relax by the waterfront, and see the iconic Jet d’Eau, one of the tallest fountains in the world.
In the evening, we return to Bern, where you’ll have additional time to enjoy the city before heading back to the hotel.
Today we discover one of Europe’s most impressive natural wonders, the spectacular Rhine Falls.
Feel the power of the rushing water as you take in the views from the surrounding walkways and viewpoints—an unforgettable highlight of the trip.
We then continue to the vibrant city of Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. With its mix of historic charm and modern style, Zurich offers something for everyone. Enjoy free time to explore the old town, browse the shops, or relax along the lakeside.
After a full day of sightseeing, we return to our hotel in the evening.
Today is dedicated to the breathtaking landscapes that make Switzerland world-famous.
We begin in the peaceful lakeside village of Brienz, known for its traditional charm and turquoise waters. From here, we continue to the stunning valley of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls—one of the most picturesque locations in the country.
Next, we visit Interlaken, beautifully set between two lakes and framed by the Alps, offering incredible views in every direction.
Our final stop of the day is Thun, a charming town with lakeside scenery and a striking castle backdrop.
After a truly scenic day, we return to the hotel in the evening.
On our final day, we visit the picture-perfect city of Lucerne.
With its iconic wooden bridges, colourful buildings, and stunning lake and mountain setting, Lucerne provides the perfect ending to your Swiss adventure. Enjoy free time to explore the old town, stroll along the waterfront, and take in the relaxed atmosphere.
Later, we begin our return journey, travelling back through France to the coast for our overnight crossing back to the UK.
We arrive back in the UK in the early morning, with drop-offs at all original pick-up points.
